By incorporating a thrust bearing in the upper part of the swivel section and a tapered roller bearing in the lower part, smooth swivel performance and a maximum load of 600 daN (612.0 kgf) are achieved even under heavy loads. The design also minimizes the decline in swivel performance over time. Compared to our heavy-load swivel fitting JM-200, the starting force for swiveling is reduced by approximately 42%. ☆ Reinforced components for towing. The shaft and nut that secure the wheel to the fitting, as well as the center bolt and nut of the swivel section, are designed with a locking pin to prevent loosening.
